Every great journey begins with love
For us it began with a small dog named Amour, and a nine-year-old who kept asking why dogs get so little time.
WHO WE ARE
Ruslan and Lidia, Timur and Milana
Ruslan Mazurkevich is 35. Lidia is 34. Timur is 10 and Milana is 5, and both of them have firm opinions about which dogs on the van are the best behaved.
Paws Impérial is ours — family owned, family run, a registered trademark. There is no investor group behind us and no call centre in front of us.
We run a premium day-retreat and boarding service for dogs: we collect her from your home, take her out into open country, and bring her back happy, walked and properly tired.
We also design and make our own gear — collars, harnesses, kits and gifts for dogs and their owners, from natural materials, made in the USA.
WHERE IT STARTS
What happened to Amour
I was nine years old when my dog Amour died. It took me a long time to come back from losing a member of the family.
She died of illness. What stayed with me afterwards was not only the grief. It was a question I could not put down: why do dogs get so little time — and what could I do about it when I grew up and had the means?
So I made myself a promise. When I could, I would build a place and a routine where a dog lives her best days, not merely gets through them.
Freedom and clean air, in full. Real country, real quiet, and things to do all day — activity, games, work for a body that was built to move.
And around all of it, the care a good life actually needs: balanced organic food and supplements, swimming, massage, runs through wild country, training, grooming, yoga, washing, medical check-ups. With people who are genuinely involved and genuinely love the work.
2025
The year we were finally able to start
We decided that if we were going to do this at all, we would do it properly — every part of it, honestly, or not at all.
We knew what that choice cost. Done properly, this takes far more time and far more money than doing it the easy way, and we were not going to pretend otherwise to ourselves. We did it anyway. Work you love, work that solves a real problem for people, and work that makes life brighter for a lot of dogs — that combination was worth the trouble.

Three things, all of them running now
Premium Retreat in the Wild
Door-to-door day trips into open forest. Nine hours from your building and back, six of them outdoors and off the leash, with photographs before she is home.
Made and chosen for the forest
Collars, harnesses, trail gear, kits and gifts for dogs and their owners. Everything here is either made in our workshop or carried by our handlers first.
Camps and boarding
Camps through the season, boarding when you travel, and overnight trips out of the city — walking and resting in open country rather than in a kennel.
WHAT COMES NEXT
Smart Resort for Dogs
A place of our own, with real acreage, far from the noise of the city. Where she can put down everything she carries — the concrete and the smog, the accumulated stress, the small apartment, the summer heat, the salt and road chemicals underfoot in winter — and simply be a dog.
Organic food, supplements and vitamins. Health check-ups on site, with a doctor, a behaviourist and a dentist. Therapeutic massage so muscles stay in tone. Rooms for showers, yoga, swimming, hydromassage and therapeutic baths. Infrared rooms for skin, joints and recovery. Indoors, a settled scent and quiet music; outdoors, forest air. Training and handling. Active games. And above all, constant walks through wild country with no leashes and no restrictions.

Other cities, when we have earned them
Boston. Chicago. Los Angeles. Miami. Washington. Austin. That is the direction we are working towards, not a schedule we are announcing — every one of them has to be earned the same way this one was, one dog and one honest day at a time.

We meet you and your dog, take her out for a full day, and send you the photos. If it is not right for her, you have lost an afternoon and paid nothing.
