Shipping Information

We ship orders worldwide. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pawsimperial.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Sale items and personalized products are non-refundable
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pawsimperial.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
