DOG WALKING, BOARDING & TRANSPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT
Parties to the Agreement
This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between:
TIMU CORP, a New Jersey C Corporation, doing business as Paws Impérial (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”),
and [Client Name]
(hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
Collectively, the Company and the Client shall be referred to as the “Parties.”
1. Scope of Services
TIMU CORP (a New Jersey C Corporation, doing business as Paws Impérial) provides dog walking, outdoor recreational activities, daycare/boarding, and incidental transportation.
2. Health & Vaccination
Dog must have valid Rabies vaccination (NYC dogs must also have Dog License). Proof of DHPP and Bordetella required. Puppies under 4 months not accepted.
3. Owner’s Declarations
Owner must provide full and accurate information about dog’s health, allergies, medications, and behavior.
4. Route, Duration & Restrictions
Walk route and duration determined by Company. Dog must be on leash; muzzle used if necessary. Swimming only with explicit consent and in safe areas.
5. Illness Policy
Company may refuse or isolate dog showing signs of illness. Owner will be informed immediately.
6. Emergency Vet Care Consent
Owner consents that in emergencies Company may transport dog to nearest veterinary clinic. All medical expenses are borne by Owner. Company may authorize treatment up to $300 without prior approval. Expenses above this limit require. Owners consent.
7. Interstate Transportation Consent
Owner agrees dog may be transported between NY and NJ as part of services.
8. Safety & Weather Conditions
Company may cancel or shorten service in extreme heat, cold, storms, or unsafe conditions.
9. Risks & Liability
Outdoor activities and boarding may expose dog to ticks, insects, dirt, stress, or minor injuries. Owner acknowledges and accepts these risks. Company is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items (blankets, toys).
9.1. General Liability & Auto Insurance
The Company maintains valid General Liability and Commercial Auto Insurance policies, covering incidents occurring during transportation and provision of services.
9.2. Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions)
The Company additionally carries Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) coverage for its employees and contractors. This coverage applies to cases where injury or damage occurs not as a result of an accident, but due to handler error or failure to perform duties properly (e.g., dog escape, dog bite incident, improper leash/harness securing).
9.3. Bite Claims Coverage
The Company ensures that bite claims (dog bite incidents) are expressly covered, regardless of whether the injured party is a person, another animal, or the client’s own dog. The Owner acknowledges that many standard insurance carriers exclude bite claims; however, the Company explicitly includes this coverage in its insurance package.
9.4. Coverage Limitations
The Company shall not be liable in cases of:- intentional acts or gross negligence by the Owner;
- undisclosed health conditions or aggressive behavioral issues of the dog;
- Owner’s failure to comply with contractual requirements (valid vaccinations, licenses, parasite prevention).
10. Liability & Insurance
Company holds Liability and Auto Insurance. Owner remains responsible for vaccinations, licenses, hidden health conditions. Owner agrees to indemnify Company for damages caused by their dog to other dogs, people, or property.
11. Hold Harmless / Release of Liability
Owner releases Company, its employees, and contractors from any claims related to services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Force Majeure
Company is not liable for failure to perform due to extraordinary events (fire, flood, natural disasters, pandemic, war).
13. Media Release
Owner consents to use of dog’s photos/videos for marketing unless opted out in writing.
14. Fees & Payment
Service fee: $_____ + tax. Payment in advance (Cash/Card/Zelle/Venmo). Cancellations <24h charged full fee.
15. Term & Termination
Agreement valid until terminated in writing by either party.

17. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
19. Attorney’s Fees
In the event of a dispute, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs from the other Party.
Exhibit A – Requirements for Boarding & Transport
1. Required Vaccinations Rabies Certificate;
DHPP; Bordetella (mandatory for boarding); Canine Influenza recommended.
2. Health Certificate
CVI (Certificate of Veterinary Inspection) within 30 days for overnight boarding or out-of-state transport.
3. Behavior & Compatibility
Dogs must pass temperament test. No aggression. Dogs in heat not accepted.
4. Parasite & Illness Policy
Dog must be free of fleas, ticks, parasites. No admission with kennel cough or other contagious illness.
5. Owner Responsibility
Provide emergency contacts, vet clinic info, special needs (diet, meds, allergies).

Exhibit B – Schedule of Fees
Dog Walking (individual): from $30 per walk (30–45 min).
Dog Walking (group): from $25 per walk (30–45 min).
Daycare: $60 / day.
Boarding (overnight): $90 / night.
Transport (incidental, within service): included at no extra charge.
Transport (interstate/long distance): from $150 + CVI required.
Additional Services: medication administration: $10 / day; special diet: $15 / day.
Exhibit D – Off-Leash & Water Consent
I, the undersigned Owner, hereby consent that the Company (TIMU CORP / Paws Impérial) may provide off-leash dog walking services in safe and permitted areas, and allow my dog to swim in water (lake, river, sea, dog pool, etc.) provided it is deemed safe by the Company staff. I understand the risks (loss, injury, hypothermia, drowning, contact with wildlife or infections) and assume full responsibility. I release the Company from liability except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service animals are permitted. Staff may only ask: (1) if the dog is a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work/task it performs. No documentation required.

1. General Policies
• All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP).
• Dogs must wear collars with ID tags during all activities.
• Aggressive behavior may result in service refusal for safety.
• Pick-up/drop-off times must be respected by clients.
2. Emergency Plan
• In case of injury or illness → immediate contact with owner and designated vet.
• If unreachable, nearest 24/7 veterinary clinic will be used.
• In case of accident/incident during transport → call 911 first, then owner.
• Staff must complete Incident Report within 24h.
