By booking services with Paws Impérial, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services

We provide dog walking, outdoor adventures, exercise, and related pet care services.

2. Transportation

Transportation is included only as part of the Services, not as a separate or for-hire service.

3. Fees

All payments are for Services. No separate fees are charged for transportation.

4. Health & Vaccination

Client confirms that their dog is healthy, vaccinated, and able to safely participate in activities.

5. Liability

Client understands outdoor activities and dog interaction involve inherent risks. Company is not liable except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

6. Insurance

We maintain commercial auto and liability insurance with coverage for animal transport.

7. Agreement

By booking with us, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
